bedrooms, living-/ group rooms in the manor house built in 1596, the manor offers ideal conditions and an extraordinary ambience
for holidays of families or groups and for group events (conventions, workshops, outdoor events).

Its peaceful location with no through traffic, surrounded by the Werra river, agricultural land, forests and mountains, and especially the spacious outdoor areas make it an ideal holiday location for families with children.
The group rooms in the manor house, large outdoor and garden areas as well as the large indoor spaces in the farm buildings
and the direct access to nature offer the best conditions for group events and outdoor training in groups of up to 15 members.

The Kleinvach estate is now in its third generation of family ownership.We take great pleasure in preserving this unique estate
